The Firearms That "Won The West" - Great California Gold Rush
Part of the mystique of the history of the Gold Rush are the firearms that "won the West." A collection of period firearms is available for guests who might have the inclination to learn and experience this aspect of the Old West. Both Scott and Jim are qualified firearms instructors. For those who are interested in perhaps firing guns that are usually reserved for a look but don't touch experience in a museum special arrangements are available in the lower meadow which is far enough away from The Main House not to disturb or endanger other guests.
